In the same year, Adpan was transformed into the first certified company by FACE with the new regulation.
In 1998 the APPCC system was introduced and the workers’ training increased. It started to do controls of the finished product.
Between 1998 and 2004 we elaborated the products in a handmade manner, looking for new references and continuous training of the workers, in collaboration with ACEPA.
Adpan received the mark of guarantee certified by FACE.
In the 2006, we did analytics of Munditest-Estabisol and UPV and we incorporated a chemical specialist responsible for the control of quality.
She trains workers in food manipulation and sensitizing with celiacos’ life system. We increase the analytical quarterly and provide raw materials to companies of the sector.
From 2006 until 2007 we realized controls of raw material according to the number of batches acquired by ADPAN, the certificates were applied to the suppliers and used the method of control OPERON.
